Why don't we offer light roasts?

We have tried adding light roasts to our coffee selection but our current crowd seems to be largely espresso enthusiasts. We do love espresso at torrefare! Our goal is to offer the freshest international coffee and when things don't sell well we will discontinue the items. Having said that, if any of our customers are fans of lighter roast coffees that feature higher acidity and funky fruity flavor profiles we are happy to special order and hopefully one day add them to the regular rotation. Don't hesitate to make special requests. Orders are placed with our roasters every week and adding on individual bags is not a problem. Visit our roasters home pages and let us know what you'd like to try! The only note is many single origins come with a higher price tag. Pricing is easily shared before placing a special order.
